How do I get started?

To get started, you just need to download the app and create an account.

How can I get paid for my services?

To start receiving payments through the App you just need to enable Mobile Pay and input the information needed to create a digital banking account for you with our partner: Stripe.
Follow these steps to enable Mobile Pay and enter your information:
First you need to enroll in the Supreme MembershipGo to Settings > Edit Account > Select Supreme Membership
Once that is done, make sure you enable Mobile Pay:Go to Settings > Mobile Pay > Click on Enable Mobile Pay > Enter all the required information 
Now, as a last step, do the following:Go to Settings > Booking Preferences > Select Mobile Pay
And you’re all set!

How often can I cash-out my account balance?

You can cash-out your balance once every 2 days.

How long does it take for my funds to transfer to my bank account?

It usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

How can my clients book appointments with me?

You can share your exclusive barber profile link to your clients and or share it in your Instagram bio. 
You can find you exclusive barber link at your Home Page when you’re logged in on the CLYPR App.

Is there a fee associated with the App?

CLYPR has two membership options for Barbers: Basic - $1 per month Supreme - $5 per month 
With the Basic membership you can use the App to schedule appointments, however you can’t process payments online with us.
With the Supreme Membership you can use all of the App features and get paid through the App.
We do not charge any other fees to the barbers and we do not take any % of your haircut price. We charge a processing fee to your client and not to you.

Where can I use the App?

You can use the App anywhere in the United States.

How can I accommodate walk-in appointments?

We provide you with different options to schedule your walk-ins. We initially provide you with a scannable QR code in which your walk-in client can use to book and pay you.If your barbershop has signed-up for the CLYPR Barbershop Dashboard and your accounts are linked, the walk-in appointments can be taken at the front of the barbershop with a Tablet or Computer directly in the Barbershop Dashboard.

How do I get started?

To get started, simply download the app and create an account.

Do I need to ship orders myself?

You'll need to handle shipping yourself at this stage, but we will cover shipping costs.

Do you charge a fee?

Our fees are 25% for a first order (per retail store) and 15% thereafter.

I can only make small product runs, can I still submit an application?

Yes. We'll need specifics (max. product run per order) to ensure we don't cause you any supply issues.

Can I reject a sale?

Yes. Creators are in control of their sales. If you don't feel a retail store is right for you, you can stop the sale.

What do I need to provide you with?

We ask for a document containing product names, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, minimum quantities, stock quantities and variances (e.g. sizings), and access to a Dropbox/Google Drive with high quality product images.

Can I remove products?

Yes. If you need to remove products, just contact us and we'll remove them immediately.

Can I add new products when they become available?

Yes! We love it when creators add more products to Port. You can add products at any time - just contact us with the specifics.

What are the payment terms?

We pay on a NET-45 basis via bank transfer. If this isn't suitable, please get in touch and we can discuss alternative payment terms.
